Your service inquiry
We collect your name, email, company, business type, company location, current LinkedIn activity and any optional challenge description to respond to your requested conversation. Agreeing to contact about an inquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. Please do not submit sensitive information.
Storage and access
Vercel hosts the site. Inquiries are stored in Supabase in Australia/Sydney, which means information submitted from the United States is processed outside the US. Access is restricted to authorized service operators. Shalini Billar owns follow-up and privacy requests.
Optional advertising measurement
You can choose optional measurement through Privacy choices in the page footer. If enabled and you agree, first/latest campaign attribution is stored in your browser for 30 days. Meta Pixel receives page and saved-inquiry events, browser/network information and available Meta identifiers. Server-side events share SHA-256 hashed email, a pseudonymous lead identifier and available Meta cookie identifiers with Meta for ad measurement. Hashing is not anonymization. No contact data is placed in campaign links.
Measurement is off until you opt in. Global Privacy Control prevents optional measurement. Declining does not prevent an inquiry. Withdrawal stops future browser tracking and requests cancellation of pending server events for your receipt-linked inquiry; already sent or in-flight events cannot be recalled by this control. For historical data requests, contact Shalini. Meta processes received information under its own policies.
Retention and technical storage
Inquiry records are retained for 90 days. Abuse-prevention network hashes are retained for 24 hours; raw IP addresses are not stored in funnel tables. Scheduled cleanup runs every 15 minutes, so deletion can occur up to 15 minutes after expiry. A session submission ID supports safe retries; a signed HttpOnly receipt cookie lasts one hour. Optional browser attribution expires after 30 days and is cleared when read after expiry or when you withdraw.
Meeting booking
The booking link opens Calendly. No contact information or lead identifier is appended to that URL. Information entered there is governed by the calendar provider's notices. A click is not a confirmed booking. Hosting, database, calendar and Meta providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.
